If you want to brief up on the Cloud – the internet’s latest buzz word – head over to Earl’s Court and the ICE expo in the third week of January, where gambling equipment supplier and software developer IGT will be featuring the technology on its stand.
“Each year, IGT invests approximately $200 million in our games and systems solutions, and the results will be prominently displayed at this year’s ICE,” said Craig Churchill, IGT senior vice president of International Sales.
Churchill says that IGT will debut IGT Cloud at the show as a new service solution that will enable operators to provide seamless gaming experiences across land-based, mobile and online devices.
IGT Cloud manages reporting functions and game configuration while delivering value to casino operators by using something it calls Software as a Service. Using private, secure services, the solution will allow operators the ability to manage game content using IGT Floor Manager and have access to the largest game library in the industry. The powerful sbX Analytics tool will empower casino operators to increase marketing productivity and maximise floor-wide performance with a variety of reporting capabilities.
