Core Gaming releases new “Football Frenzy” instant win game

In a well-timed move before the start of the Euro 16 football championships, HTML games developer Core Gaming has released its latest product, titled “Football Frenzy.”

The instant win game offers players the opportunity to turn GBP 1 into GBP 25,000, with GBP 250,000 possible on a GBP 10 stake, and is set against a bagatelle-style pitch, with the player aiming to hit one of three trophies to win rewards. Gamers are helped along the way by ‘free-kick’ and ‘penalty’ bonuses.

The game begins with the ball fired onto the pitch, where it ricochets off players as it works its way to the bottom of the screen and one of six zones – three winning trophy areas, and three misses. Two of those trophies secure a ‘win’ for players, while the central ‘Golden Goal’ opens up a second screen where major rewards can be won. On this ‘Golden Goal’ level, the player fires a shot into the goal, with prizes of up to GBP 250,000 available, depending on which part of the net is struck.

Mark Rehorst-Smith, chief commercial officer of Core Gaming, said in a statement Wednesday: “With England, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland all set to take on the continent’s elite at the European Championships, Football Frenzy will entice players who just can’t get enough of the game.”
