Cubeia Ltd. has released the first open source back office for the igaming industry. Its new Cubeia Network, Community Edition, an accounting and user management system to be unveiled at EiG in Copenhagen this week.
By removing the initial investment, and being open for instant evaluation and prototyping, Cubeia Network dramatically cuts the cost of entering igaming markets with new products or offerings.
The suite contains separate high performance network services that can be used separately and is available bundled with a web server for lightning quick setup. It contains user management with an extendible API and supports multiple currencies and double entry bookkeeping.
The system currently powers the games at popular penny auction site Auctionbringer.com with other installations to be announced shortly.
Setting up a gambling operation is usually more complicated and expensive than it should be, says Lars J. Nilsson, Executive Vice President of Cubeia Ltd . With Cubeia Network we empower the market with a back-office suite that’s open source, fast and extensible.
Earlier this year the technology solutions provider for the online gambling and gaming industry launched the Firebase Community Edition – a scalable, enterprise server for multiplayer games. Firebase Community Edition is the first ever open-source game server in the online gambling industry and already powers leading skill gaming networks Jadestone DiceArena and the MahjongLogic network.
Together the Cubeia Network Community Edition and Firebase Community Edition form a complete open source gambling network platform.
