The Cabinet statement by new Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte this week that he wants to see an end to online gambling and licensing activities by PAGCOR (see previous report) prompted the licensor to impose a moratorium on further licensing and sent local gambling company shares reeling….but it also created a competitive advantage for Caribbean licensor Curacao…and its associated service provider Fast Offshore.
Fast Offshore issued a press release through Webwire within hours of the Duterte diatribe against online gambling, offering its Curacao licensing services to Philippines operators through what it calls the Fast-Track Online Gambling Licensing Program.
The press released boasted:
“Philippines based operators can take advantage of our almost 20 years of experience in the online gambling industry. We help them transition to a Curacao license while helping them reduce their overall costs for not only their Online Gambling License but also their payment processing”
Fast Offshore claims that its Curaçao Online Gambling License offers a single license type that covers all games of skill, chance and any wagering-related activity….and Fast Offshore says it can deliver a fast approval process, often in as little as 48 hours, along with more payment processing options and more banking options “than other license providers.”
