Dafabet agree to title sponsorship for English Open Snooker

Online sports betting group Dafabet has inked a one-year title sponsorship agreement covering the currently running UK snooker English Open tournament, now branded the Dafabet English Open and running until October 22.

The tournament is the opening event of the 2017-2018 Home Nations series and features top players Ronnie O’Sullivan, Judd Trump, John Higgins, Shaun Murphy and Neil Robertson.

World Snooker chairman Barry Hearn said: “Dafabet have shown tremendous support for snooker having sponsored a range of events including the Masters. The Dafabet English Open will be televised live to many millions of people on Eurosport and Quest, bringing outstanding exposure for Dafabet’s brand.”
