One of the top daily fantasy sports companies in the United States, DraftKings, scored a coup this week by becoming the official DSF game of Major League Baseball (MLB).
The multi-year agreement extends DraftKing’s relationship with the MLB, which invested in the company’s equity two years ago
A statement from DraftKings reveals that the expanded relationship will include co-branded games and extensive promotional activity both on and off-line, leveraging advantages such as MLB websites, the League’s live sports streaming service MTL.tv, the MLB Network and the league’s official social media channels.
Cooperation in the physical world will include visibility at MLB ballparks and through individual MLB franchises.
The new arrangements follow major recent deals in which DraftKings has signed up the National Hockey League .
