The Dark Knight licenced to Microgaming

Online gaming software provider Microgaming will bring the iconic Batman to the online environment in a series of state-of-the-art graphic rich video slots following a licencing deal with DC Comics.

Under the terms of the licencing agreement, Microgaming has permission to develop online slots using animation material, themes and characters from the motion pictures The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight rises.

The Dark Knight is based on the DC Comics character Batman, who was first seen in the Detective Comic back in 1939, and since then has become a globally recognised icon that is related to by fans worldwide.
