Delaware bill wants online parlay sports betting approved

Delaware State Senator Brian Bushweller, member of the State Senate Finance Committee submitted Bill SB183 last week which if approved would permit licensed online operators to offer Parlay Sports Betting as Delaware Lottery’s terrestrial operations already do as well as bring the online tax rate in line with the bricks and mortar sector.

Approval of the measure may support a boost in the declining online market but proposals within the bill of several cuts in taxes and levies would also benefit the lagging terrestrial gambling market in the State.
