The latest online gambling stats from the Delaware Lottery show that whilst online poker showed a small year-on-year improvement of 2.78 percent (Delaware and Nevada share a common player pool) online casino activity remained largely flat.
Online casino action generated revenue of $241,775, a flat y-o-y performance and 2 percent less than April’s more encouraging results.
Delaware Park remained the overall market leader with a 47 percent market share, followed by Dover Downs (42 percent) and Harrington (11 percent).
In online poker, rake and fees generated $40,337.40 in revenue – a performance 16 percent better than the preceding month.
305 new player accounts were registered in May, very slightly up on the previous month, bringing overall account numbers in Delaware to 15,216.
