Head Infotech Pvt. Ltd., owner of India-focused online rummy operator ace2three.com, is rumoured to be in acquisition talks with Delta Corp.
According to the India Times’ Economic arm, ET Now, exploratory talks centre around a price tag of between $80 and $100 million.
Our readers will recall Delta Corp. acquired a 26 percent stake in Gaussian Networks, parent company of India’s largest online poker operator Adda52 earlier this month (see previous report).
According to India-focused information portal, glaw, Head Infotech’s Ace2Three rummy operation boasts around 7 million users, and if talks are successful, the acquisition would make Delta Corp. the leading online operator in the region.
Both companies declined to comment on media speculation.
