The Multi State Internet Gaming Association – a body set up by Nevada and Delaware to set standards and guide policy for signatories to shared player pool agreements (see previous reports) has published a full explanation of its structure and objectives here:

The initial partners in the MSIGA have repeatedly emphasised that other states are welcome to join the body, encouraging the development of more harmonised regulations for intrastate online gambling regimes.

States who join will be entitled to have one representative on the governing board of the association
