DFS operator launches two new football leagues

Daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings has launched two new football leagues, extending its global product offering to the UEFA Europa League and Liga Mexicana.

In addition to Premier League, UEFA Champions League and Major League Soccer contests, DraftKings players will now be able to enter contests in the Europa League immediately offering them a chance to compete for lifetime experiences and cash prizes.

Jeffrey Haas, chief international officer at DraftKings said Thursday, “We are increasing our product depth, adding more leagues and contests that appeal to our growing global market. Football is the world’s favourite sport and we are proud to see so many daily fantasy football players using DraftKings as their second screen on match days.”
