DGOJ provides KYC and ID tools to licensees

Spain’s Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) has laid updated know-your-customer (KYC) and ID verification tools at the disposal of its licensees in collaboration with the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (Spanish Royal Mint) and the National Police Authority.
The package includes the DNIeDroid library, an integration manual for developers, documentation in JavaDoc format and a project in Android Studio with an integration example.
The initiative aims to facilitate the correct identification of online gambling participants to support and reinforce security and fraud identification mechanisms, underage gambling prevention and identification of problem gambling.
