Euro Game Technology’s (EGTi) interactive arm will supply online casino games and services through Glimmer Ltd.’s gaming platform Portomaso Gaming.
The deal, which will allow EGT Interactive to expand its content to Malta Gaming Authority-licensed operators, comprises a portfolio of around 50 video slot titles, all online versions of EGT’s most popular land-based games, video poker, roulette and keno.
Turnkey gaming solutions provider Portomaso Gaming was founded in 2007 and underwent an extensive overhaul in September 2014. The venture is the result of the integration of a group of companies who joined forces in an effort to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for online gaming.
It comprises Glimmer Ltd. who holds a Class 1 on 4 license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority allowing it to provide a variety of business models that run from marketing partnerships to white label solutions.
Grinder Ltd holds a Class 4 license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority and is responsible for platform design, implementation, operation & development.
Todor Zahariev, Head of Online Systems in Euro Games Technology said: “The qualities and adaptability of our games were immediately recognized and I am pleased to announce that in the very short term we will appear on the other sites from the portfolio of Portomaso Gaming.”
The integration now complete, EGT games are live and available on the casino site portomasolive.com.
EGT said it expects to deliver another twenty new games within 2015 across smartphone, tablet and desktop platforms.
