Endemol Shine Gaming (ESG) has entered into a joint venture agreement with Black Cow Technology for the launch of an omni-channel content distribution platform under the newly formed B2B remote gaming server company, Playzido Global.
London-based, Playzido will supply an open platform remote gaming server to real money and social gaming operators utilizing a bespoke version of Black Cow’s new OGA software.
Playzido will host premium games from ESG as well as selected independent game suppliers, backed by a selection of marketing tools allowing operators to further maximise the potential of ESG’s games.
Playzido will launch with a range of ESG branded games including Deal or No Deal and Warner Brothers’ Austin Powers and Dumb and Dumber.

Stuart Banks will head up the venture bringing experience from senior roles at bgo Entertainment, Paddy Power and Betfair to the table.
The Playzido Board will comprise directors from Endemol Shine Gaming, Black Cow Technology and other industry experts.
