Europlay-Malta caution

News on 13 Apr 2011

One of the most glaring examples of unacceptably slow online casino player payments surfaced on the Casinomeister.com website this week when the Net Entertainment-powered online gambling website Europlay-Malta was the subject of a warning to players.
Casinomeister offers free dispute resolution services to players, warning its members of instances where operators have not been prepared to cooperate in resolving issues.
In this instance, the site published the following warning:
“A player had come to us with a non-payment issue.  Over a three-month period ending in Nov 2010 the player requested three withdrawals totaling over Euro 1 100.
“All withdrawals were approved, none were ever paid.  After requesting the player’s bank details the player never heard from them again.  Both the player’s attempts to raise the issue with the casino and our attempts once we had the player’s Pitch-A-Bitch were all ignored.
“Warning: Europlay-Malta is not paying players, is ignoring player issues and third-party efforts to raise those issues on the player’s behalf.”
Europlay-Malta is operated by Internet Finance Service S.L., is incorporated in Spain and appears to be licensed in Malta.
When we went to press there had been no response to our request for comment on this story from Europlay-Malta.
