Evolution Technology acquires Midacor to manage its online casino asset

Canadian business development group Evolution Technology Resources Inc. expects to revitalise its VIPSpel online casino, purchased earlier this year, by acquiring gaming consulting firm Midacor to manage the operation.

Evolution has already managed to boost player registrations 400 percent to 24,000 since taking the enterprise over, but now expects Midacor to increase that metric four-fold in the coming months as the company leverages VIPSpel into a rewarding social gaming asset.

Evolution Technology said in a press release announcing the new arrangement:

“We will acquire online gambling, social gaming and innovative software to diversify our portfolio of brands to provide exceptional user experiences. With a funding commitment from Eliseo and the acquisition of Midacor we feel we are poised to grow in this ever-expanding industry.”
