Following a successful year (see previous report), chairman of the 888 Holdings Board, Richard Kilsby, has announced his retirement.
“It is with a heavy heart that I conclude my nine-year tenure as Chairman. However I am consoled by the knowledge that I am leaving the Company at the top of its game and only getting stronger,” Kilsby said.
As a consequence, Brian Mattingley will step down as chief executive officer and has been appointed executive chairman.
“With Brian as Executive Chairman, we feel confident that we have an industry-leading senior team to continue 888’s growth and development in the years to come,” Kilsby added.
In addition, John Anderson will be stepping down as a Non-executive Director from the conclusion of the 2015 Annual General Meeting. He will, however, remain available on a consulting level to the Board.
