Denmark’s state-owned Klasselotteriet has taken 263 years to embrace innovation, but this week announced the introduction of its first new game since it was founded in 1753.
Titled Nabolotteriet, or ‘neighbours’, the new game has both geographic and social elements, revolving around the street addresses of ticket buyers and ticket holders in their communities. Created by Swedish game developer Genera Networks, the new product will be offered to punters later this year, according to Elisabeth Rask Jørgensen, CEO of Klasselotteriet.
