The English Football Association has ended its commercial relationship with Ladbrokes after the Board agreed that The FA would end all sponsorships with betting companies from the end of the 2016-17 season following the completion of a three-month review.
Ladbrokes, who has mutually agreed to the termination of its long-term contract signed in August 2016 with The FA, said it understood the Board’s policy change but looked forward to continuing its relationship with the Association regarding integrity in sport and rooting out match-fixing.
