France Pari acquires Suertia

French sports betting firm France Pari has moved into the Spanish market with the outright acquisition of online gaming operator Suertia for an undisclosed consideration.

France Pari said the acquisition offers the opportunity to do business in Spain as both an operator and as a B2B provider of sportsbook technology.

France Pari estimates the deal will generate Euro 100 million in revenue across the B2C and B2B sectors.
