The Gala online casino operator has launched a new TV advertising campaign that will air until the end of February.
Promoting the launch of its new website, the new TV advert showcases Gala Casino’s updated brand, new features available on the website, and consumer offers.
Using a visual graphic simulation of a slot machine, the advert highlights the website’s new key features and will air from January on channels such as, Sky Sports, E4 and MTV.

A statement from the company reveals that it invested in several focus groups, along with customer research to arrive at a customer-first solution and supporting marketing. Key features of the new website are personalisation and a simplified but effective navigation and user experience.
Richard Leask, head of Gala Casino, said: “Taking a customer-centric approach we are giving players the opportunity to pick the bonus they want, to pin the games they want to play and make recommendations based on their playing behaviour all through a simplified user experience. He said the ‘What You Want’ brand proposition is designed to give ‘cut through’ and differentiation in the busy UK market.
The brand concept, and design for Gala Casino’s new TV advert was developed by Cravens, alongside 7 Stars agency, who also conducted customer insight research.
The branding and revamped website will be additionally supported by marketing elelments that include PR and non-television advertising.
