Game Lounge acquire Interclick

Cherry’s recent completion of its payment obligations regarding Game Lounge brings further expansion in Germany and the UK through its acquisition of Interclick Limited.

The affiliate network will acquire the assets of Interclick Limited for a $1.5 million consideration. The acquisition includes around 40 domains and affiliate accounts which will strengthen the company’s position within the affiliate segment while placing the firm in the burgeoning German and expanding UK markets.

“We are very happy to have reached an agreement with Interclick Limited, a company that has a long experience of affiliation,” Jonas Cederholm, chief executive officer of Game Lounge, said. “Both the German and UK markets are large and growing rapidly. The acquisition of the Interclick assets further accelerates our strategy and expansion beyond Scandinavia, and will be a beneficial contribution from day one.”
