Gamesys boosts development capability with Snowcat acquisition

London online gambling provider Gamesys has announced the acquisition of Estonian online gambling games developer Snowcat Games for an undisclosed consideration, noting that the deal will strengthen its development capabilities.

Snowcat is respected for the quality of its HTML5-based e-gaming products and imaginative themes, and is a four-year old company founded by Mitchell Rankin and Peter Moffitt.

Rankin manages the company, which has supplied products to a number of operators and has partnerships with other B2B companies, as managing director.
