Gaming Realms plc has partnered Pala Interactive in a revenue share agreement for New Jersey gaming website PalaBingoUSA.com
The deal marks Gaming Realms first foray into the U.S. real money gaming market after receiving a transactional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement Division for the delivery of its newly developed 90-ball bingo game.
In addition to the revenue sharing agreement, Pala Interactive has committed to providing significant resources towards marketing the new game.
Commenting on the licencing agreement, Patrick Southon, chief executive officer of Gaming Realms, said:
