Gaming Realms raises GBP1.5m through share subscription

UK mobile real money and social games developer Gaming Realms has conditionally raised around GBP 1,545 million through a new ordinary share subscription for the development of a new social casino “Lucky Streak” and the continued growth of its proprietary game platform Grizzly.

Gaming Realm’s Grizzly platform will launch theXfactorgames.com site in the UK in partnership with Fremantle Media during 2016.

In related news, the company said Q1/2016 KPI’s have continued the business’ positive momentum revealing:

– A 26 percent increase on average daily newly acquired funded players on Grizzly to 320 (Q4 2015: 253)

– A 9 percent increase on average daily funded players on Grizzly to 2,588 (Q4 2015: 2,377)

– Average daily revenue on Grizzly has increased by 9 percent to approximately GBP 45,000 (Q4 2015: c. GBP 41,000)
