NYX Gaming Group’s expansion into international regulated markets continued with the announcement Tuesday that the group has been granted a Gibraltar B2B licence to provide remote gambling services.
Already claiming the e-gaming industry’s widest distribution network, NYX will now be able to offer its proprietary NextGen Gaming slots and third party partner content to fellow Gibraltar regulated operators.
The news follows the recent announcement that SNG Interactive, NYX’s joint venture with Sportech plc, has entered into an agreement to provide a new online gaming platform to the Atlantic City-based Resorts Casino Hotel following the November 2013 decision by the state of New Jersey to legalise online gaming in the State (see previous reports).
David Johnson, commercial director and Gibraltar general manager at NYX Gaming Group said the award of the Gibraltar licence allows NYX to continue providing e-gaming content to partners in relevant jurisdictions.
“An exciting Autumn awaits as we begin to see content go live in Gibraltar, whilst elsewhere in the business we look forward to the release of marquee new NextGen slots games Judge Dredd and Foxin’ Wins Again,” Johnson said.
NYX already has UK Gambling Commission remote & non-remote licensing to supply software and content.
