The GLI Group has acquired NMi Metrology & Gaming (NMi Gaming) and related gaming assets for an undisclosed consideration.
GLI said the acquisition will benefit NMi Gaming clients with greater levels of service and attention given its global reach in 475 jurisdictions.
NMi will continue to operate under the NMi Gaming brand for the foreseeable future, GLI said, adding that customers can expect a ‘business as usual’ approach but with additional leverage associated with GLI’s global presence.
GLI President and CEO James Maida, commenting on the development, said:
“Over the last two years, the GLI Group has completed multiple strategic acquisitions, such as Bulletproof, Kobetron Inc. and Gaming Informatics LLC., which further enhance our business offerings and increase the level of customer service that the GLI Group provides to our gaming clients globally.
“Now, with the acquisition of NMi Gaming, we have created synergies that are beneficial to both NMi and GLI clients and provides additional bandwidth for even greater customer service.”
NMi Gaming managing director, Dr. Richard Edwards, added:
“GLI’s unrivalled jurisdictional expertise, coupled with our team’s technological, problem-solving mindset promise to make this an exciting new chapter in the ongoing development of the business.”
