Greentube’s Starvegas online casino brand in Italy enhanced by addition of Kambi’s sportsbook

Online sports betting group Kambi has increased its Italian visibility by launching its sportsbook on Greentube’s Italian StarVegas online casino brand, enabling the operator to extend its offering to online sports punters.

The online sports betting market in Italy is estimated to be worth around Euro 500 million annually, and Kambi is in pole position as a supplier, having provided its sports betting product to Italian-facing operations that include 888, Unibet sportsbook, and LeoVegas’ Winga brand.

The StarVegas launch is the second sports betting deal between Greentube and Kambi; earlier this year Kambi supplied product to the company’s Romanian-facing Admiral brand (see previous report).

The new StarVegas sportsbook will be vigorously marketed by the online casino operator, which has marketing plans embracing TV. digital channels and printed media.
