GTech G2 to supply games to Hungarian lottery

Online gambling software developer and provider GTech G2 has signed a six year partnership with Szerencsejatek Zrt, the Hungarian national lottery operator and the largest gambling service provider in Hungary. The lottery has exclusive rights to operate lotto style games, scratch tickets and sports wagering products throughout the country.
GTechG2 will provide the lottery with its Margin Maker online sports betting platform, which powers some of the world’s top sports books.
Within the terms of the agreement, GTech G2 will also provide Szerencsejatek Zrt with its gaming management system back office for operators, allowing Szerencsejatek Zrt to have a single view of the player across any gaming product.
Dr. Kalman Szentpetery from Szerencsejatek Zrt said, “As we look to develop our sports betting offering and continue to meet player demands we looked for a partner that would provide us with a world class offering, and GTech G2 did just that.”
