GVC board appointment

GVC Holdings plc has appointed Jane Anscombe as an independent non-executive director to the GVC Board.

Anscombe, who has spent over three decades in the gaming, leisure and entertainment sector, primarily as an equity research analyst, will serve on the Nominations Committee and chair the Remuneration Committee where she will lead the process in reviewing executive remuneration policy in consultation with GVC’s major shareholders.

Anscombe retired this year as a gaming and entertainment analyst at Edison Investment Research, where she has served since 2003.
