GVC completes Kalixa transaction

GVC Holdings has announced completion of the sale of its payment processing business operating under the Kalixa brand with the total consideration of Euro 29 paid by Senjō Group Pte. Ltd in cash.

Kalixa Group will continue to provide GVC with its payment processing services.
