Latest statistics from the Macau authorities show that there has been no slowing down in the Asian land gambling mecca, with revenues growing by 44.6 percent in April 2011 to 20.5 billion patacas ($2.56 billion).
Reuters news service reports that accumulated revenue for the first four months of 2011 rose 43.3 percent to 79.0 billion patacas, as Macau boomed on robust demand from gamblers from mainland China.
