IGT in cross-licensing deal with Aruze Gaming

International Game Technology (IGT) has signed a cross-licensing agreement with Aruze Gaming in which the entertainment company can develop and offer games integrated with patented IGT game features under a licensing fee arrangement.

“This cross-licensing agreement with Aruze Gaming continues IGT’s positive momentum toward investing in the growth of the gaming industry while protecting our intellectual property,” Michael Prescott, IGT Senior Vice President and General Counsel, North America Gaming & Interactive, said.
