IGT in cross-licensing deal with Incredible Technologies

IGT has entered into a a patent cross-licensing agreement with Incredible Technologies, Inc. (Incredible), an emerging Class-III gaming manufacturer focused on delivering video slot, poker and keno content to the casino floor.
Under the agreement, Incredible can offer games, including patented game features from the IGT portfolio, for a licensing fee payable to IGT.
“Incredible Technologies attributes our record growth to one simple thing – making great games,” Dan Schrementi, vp of gaming sales and marketing for Incredible, said. “This agreement with IGT allows us to remain focused on that mission while continuing to design new and innovative gameplay features our customers have come to expect.”
