IGT in licensing deal with Sony Pictures

International Game Technology, through its IGT Global Solutions subsidiary, has entered into a multi-year licensing deal with Sony Pictures Television Inc. (Sony) for the development and release of Shark Tank branded games in the US.

Under the terms of the deal, IGT is licensed to develop instant scratch games, pull-tab games, traditional online games, instant online games, monitor games, interactive games, and mobile games based on the award-winning reality TV series Shark Tank.

Shark Tank is a three-time Emmy award winning reality show attributed with reinvigorating entrepreneurship. Now in its eighth season, the Sharks – self-made, multi-millionaire and billionaire tycoons – continue their search to invest in the best businesses and products that America has to offer, giving people from all walks of life the chance to chase the American dream.
