Playtech has inked a deal with personalisation and optimisation provider Dynamic Yield that will enable it to offer an enhanced service platform to its licensee operators, allowing them to create a better and more relevant real-time playing experience for their customers.
Dynamic Yield technology additionally boosts marketing by displaying real-time personalised banners on advertising and affiliate networks and automating landing page creation to best fit a player’s location, device, live events and playing history.
Liad Agmon, CEO at Dynamic Yield says the company’s efforts are principally focused on retention of players through active and personalised engagement.
