Instant win games on mobile in Wisconsin?

Instant win game technology firm Playport Gaming Systems and Wisconsin terrestrial casino, Lake of the Torches Resort is reportedly readying the launch of a Digital Real-Money Gaming System.

The partnership will offer players custom-designed, real-money mobile bingo-style Class II instant win and progressive games, a press statement reads, enabling play on their mobile device. Buying games and collecting winnings will, however, take place on casino property.
