Online gambling will again be front-and-centre in California later this year when the third annual Indian Country Congress meets June 10 in Pala.
The intensive one day conference is organised by the Spectrum Gaming Group and Pechanga.net and will take place at the Pala Casino Spa and Resort. Attendees will include tribal gaming operators, gaming regulators, attorneys, analysts, and gaming experts from around the world.
The online gaming agenda covers skill-based games, social gaming, fantasy and sports betting, online strategy and the politics surrounding the possibilities, along with changes in consumers’ online gaming activity, the prospects for legal online gambling activity across the United States, and how this translates to new opportunity for Indian Country.
“Keeping an eye on our evolving industry is more important than ever. If you blink — you might miss the next big thing,” said Victor Rocha, owner and operator of Pechanga.net, “The lightning-fast evolution of fantasy sports leagues and skill-based gaming only reinforces this idea.”
