A binding memorandum of understanding signed between Intralot and Amelco in December 2016 (see previous reports) has been firmed up to form a definitive agreement in which the two companies will collaborate in the development of new omni-channel sports betting products.
Under the strategic partnership, the two companies technical teams will co-develop a product that will integrate modules of Amelco’s’s ATS platform to Intralot’s retail lottery solution to develop a new omni-channel sports-betting product tailored to suit regulated lotteries and sports betting operators across all channels.
