Intralot Italia, in cooperation with technological partners Kiron Interactive and Vermantia, has launched virtual games in its retail network, the first concessionary to get the go ahead from Italy’s ADM-Agency of Monopoly and Customers, Betting Department.
The new proposition offers Italian players the opportunity to place their fixed-odds bets on virtual sporting events such as the readily available football, horse and dogs race disciplines.
Vermantia will provide Intralot with broadcasting and video information services, gaming content and live commentary in Italian, while Kiron Interactive will supply the virtual sports gaming content.
Betting will run daily from 8am until 12am with events broadcast at an average frequency of five minutes.
