Intralot and OPAP go heads up for Greek horsebetting concession

Following the relaunch of the bid for the Greek Mutuel Horsebetting Concession (see previous  reports), the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has confirmed receipt of two binding bids.

Consortium “Intralot (SPV No.1) Ltd” and “Intralot (SPV No.2) Ltd” will go up against OPAP Investment Ltd for the exclusive right to organise and conduct mutuel horse race betting in Greece.

At a meeting scheduled for 23 September 2014, the HRADF board of directors will decide on the validity of the offer and the opening of the financial offer.
