Intralot Group has concluded the sale of an 80 percent stake in its Peruvian subsidiary, Intralot de Peru, to Nexus Group Entertainment Peru S.A.C. for a cash consideration of $68.7 million.
The deal supports Intralot’s strategy to develop strategic partnerships with strong local partners in selected countries, leveraging synergies and local market know-how that local companies can provide.
Intralot will retain its remaining 20 percent stake to maintain a presence in the Peruvian market.
