Jackpotjoy Group has partnered behavioural player acquisition company ConversionBet to boost their understanding of customer behaviour and maximise its personalisation abilities.
“Controlling our own technology is fundamental to delivering our differentiated product,” Jeff Mitchell, operations manager of Jackpotjoy Group said.
The ConversionBet platform will enable Jackpotjoy to communicate with visitors prior to entering the registration process.
“It’s vital that we retain control of our roadmap to ensure flexible and agile innovation and to move faster than our competition. ConversionBet provides this for us,” Mitchell concluded.
ConversionBet has offered similar services to other gaming firms including Betsson and Gaming Innovation Group.
