Jackpotjoy strengthens board with media expertise

Online bingo-led operator Jackpotjoy plc has strengthened the Board with the appointment of Andria Vidler as Non-Executive Director from mid June 2018.  She will also join the Company’s Remuneration Committee.

Vidler brings extensive public markets experience to the Board, a Jackpotjoy press statement reads.  She currently serves as chief executive of business information group Centaur Media PLC and has “overseen the radical transformation of the company from a publishing company to a customer-focused content and insight-led business information group through investment in digital development and the growth of new and existing sales channels”.

Neil Goulden, Executive Chairman of Jackpotjoy, said: “We are delighted Andria has agreed to join the Board. We are excited to be able to draw on her wealth of experience in developing businesses
