Jamaican tele-betting starts at Caymanas Park

Horse race telephone betting will be introduced for the first time in Jamaica at a horse race meet to be held at Caymanas ParkWednesday.

Caymanas Track Limited (CTL) said punters will need to set up a personal account with CTL before contacting the fully trained call centre to place wagers.

Mobile betting will reportedly be phased in at a later stage with the provision of an app on the CTL website.
