JAXX to rebrand to star performer myBet

Following the announcement of strong growth in consolidated revenue for its 2011 fiscal year driven by the company’s myBet brand and the intended divestment of its lottery business , JAXX SE will rebrand to myBet Holding SE.

Sportsbetting brand myBet contributed 41 percent of 2011’s total consolidated revenue for the group attributable to a sharp increase in user registrations and higher per capita revenue.   New registrations rose from 724,000 to 862,000 over the year, and the average betting stake per active customer increased from Euro 188 to Euro 298.

The Group will increase its focus on sports betting, casino and poker products under the new myBet Holding SE brand, dependent on the passing of a resolution in an upcoming Ordinary Shareholders Meeting, while the rights to the JAXX brand will be put up for sale.
