Kansspelautoriteit begins Totalizator licensing award phase

The Dutch gaming authority, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has completed the selection phase of the sole Totalisator license following a knock-out process.

The Totalizator licensee will have the exclusive right to offer pari-mutual betting on horse and harness racing through retail and online channels.

Sportech Racing B.V. currently offers tote services in the country, operating on a license extension which comes to an end July 1, 2017 at which time the KSA expects to award the new license to the successful applicant.
