The Dutch-facing Kroon online casino, which recently featured in an acquisition deal in which it and sister Oranje Casino were taken over by Betsson in a potentially Euro 145 million agreement has signed up for BetSoft online games.
A BetSoft spokesman said Friday that the suite of games will include the company’s Slots3 series, and its ToGo line of mobile products.
Kroon and Oranje are part of the Malta-based Class One Holding Ltd Dutch private online gaming group acquired this week by Betsson from its three Dutch entrepreneurial founders.
The companies primarily target the Dutch market, but Kroon Casino also has a presence in Belgium.
In 2013, revenues in Oranje and Kroon amounted to Euro 32.5 million with an EBIT of Euro 22.1 million, equivalent to an EBIT margin of 67,8 percent. The group boasts a player base of 209 000, the Swedish group advised shareholders Friday.
