KSA slaps fines on Exinvest and 1X Corp.

Dutch gambling authority Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has imposed fines of Euro 400,000 each on Cypriot gambling firm Exinvest Limited and Curacao-licensed company 1X Corp N.V. for providing access through 1xbet.com and xbet-1.com respectively to Dutch consumers.
In addition, the KSA said both online gambling websites offered Dutch language and payment service options through iDeal.
Further investigation discovered Exinvest and 1X Corp were behind a further 83 websites offering Dutch consumers their services off a single account.
René Jansen, chairman, Board of Directors of the KSA:
‘Online gambling in the Netherlands is illegal. Under the current legal regime it is not possible for online gambling firms to be licensed to offer online games of chance.’
